Value for money was exceptional, with a big, clean and comfortable room and breathtaking mountain views from the bed. The location of the hotel, right in the heart of Inle Lake and surrounded by nature, made it a truly unique experience. The staff treated us like family, organizing boat trips and taxis at fair prices and making us feel at home.

The morning meal could have been improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

My stay at Innthar Lodge was absolutely fantastic. I wanted a special experience on Inle Lake and this place delivered. Terrence and his family were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room was stunning, with a breathtaking view from the balcony for perfect sunrise and sunset moments. The facilities may be more basic than a traditional hotel, but they were exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. The huge, clean and comfy bed, private bathroom with hot water, and a balcony overlooking the lake and mountains were just perfect. Plus, the food was the best I've had in Myanmar. I can't recommend staying here enough.

Uncle Terrance greeted us warmly and spoke excellent English. The sunset and sunrise views from the windows were breathtaking. We borrowed a paddle canoe and enjoyed exploring the village. The price was higher than expected but worth it for the incredible experience and delicious dinner.

The private bathroom with shower in every unit was a game-changer for me. It felt like a haven where I could relax and freshen up after a long day of exploring. As a solo traveler, having my own bathroom made me feel even more comfortable and at ease.

Personally, I found the toiletries provided in the bathroom to be a bit lackluster. They didn't meet my expectations, but hey, different strokes for different folks!

As young people, we loved the welcoming owners, delicious food, and spacious rooms with river views. They organized a great tour around the lake and helped us negotiate transport to our next destination.

The lodge's location in the village offered a truly authentic experience, and we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Plus, the colorful and diverse birdlife around the lodge was a treat for us bird watchers.

The only downside we experienced was the slow wifi, but honestly, who needs internet on holiday? We preferred to enjoy the quiet place and relax.
